Castagna Allegro Syrah Rosé
The bouquet is of savoury dried herbs formed around a core of red cherry fruit with a hint of honey, quite lifted with some earthy notes which move in and out of the bouquet. The palate is perfectly balanced, it speaks of red cherry and anise - ripe and textural with just a hint of tannin, leaving you with a satisfying sensation of refreshing summer fruit infused with spices and herbs. Michelini Teroldego
A unique cool climate red variety from Northern Italy, in the Trentini region.Known to be one of two growers in Australia at this time this wine shows dark red colour with spicy vibrant characters with a bold savoury finish. Enjoy this wine with slow cooked Winter meals or bold cheddar cheeses.

Aromas of dark summer fruits set the stage for this gorgeous mid-weight Shiraz. Blackberries, currants and hints of raspberry are balanced against pepper and spice along with smooth French and American oak tannins to produce a wine with great depth of flavour. Lisa McGuigan Platinum Pinot Gris
A pale straw colour, with aromatic pretty floral notes of nashi pears and a touch of sweet spice. Palate of a rich medium bodied fruit driven style, layers of passionfruit, pears, citrus blossom and musk layer around natural cool climate acidity. The fruit was whole bunched pressed and clarified before early bottling to capture the fresh fruit character.
Tikves Alexandria Rose Cuvee
Alexandria Cuvée rosé is made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry. This bone-dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.
