Oxford Landing Regenerate Chardonnay
Pale straw yellow in colour. Aromas of ripe peaches, stone fruits and fig with a delicious waft of wild honey and native wildflowers. The layers of flavour on the palate reflect not only the Chardonnay fruit but the use of wild fermentation, malolactic fermentation and ageing on yeast lees. A faint hint of oak comes through on the palate as toasty vanilla, while balanced acidity provides a refreshing finish. Enjoy with barbeque chicken, caesar salad, or pasta with a creamy sauce.
