In the glass: Fine straw with a faint hint of green.On the nose: A super-ripe mix of nectarine, melon and fig with fine oak spice. On the palate: A very smartly made expression of Chardonnay thats super-ripe, fresh and crisp throughout with velvety soft texture and deluxe oak harmony.

A zesty and refreshing sparkiling wine with enticing fruit flavours of passionfruit and green apple which provide a fruit sweetness, that is well balance by a refreshing citrus finish. Margan Albarino is naturally high in acid and has ripe fruit flavours at lower levels of ripeness.This combination produces a fruit driven wine with great acid finish that needs no oak or residual sugar. The variety has a natural saltiness to it that makes it a fantastic food match.

The Scarborough Offshoot Verdelho starts with aromas of green tea with hints of tropical fruit, pink lady apples and honeysuckle. The palate shows botanical characters of sage, orange blossom, citrus rind, mint and lemon pith.

The Scarborough Offshoot Vermentino starts with aromas orange blossom, grapefruit, green pear and a hint of germanium. The full palate has lively acid followed by grapefruit and pears with a long crisp finish showing raw almonds and ginger.
