The grapes used to craft Two Rivers Wildfire Chardonnay were sourced from Inglewood Vineyard in Hunter Valley. Post fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 3 weeks, the wine showcases a pale straw colour. This exquisite Chardonnay flaunts pleasing aromas and flavours of fresh peach and ripe stone fruits, supported by lemon citrus hints. Balanced acidity integrates with these wonderful elements, ending the wine in a fresh, crisp and enticing finale.
