Domaine Huet Vouvray Clos du Bourg Sec
Perched on the Première Côte, just above the town of Vouvray, Clos du Bourg is a monopole and generally regarded as the greatest of the three Huet single vineyards. It has been farmed by the domaine since 1953 and was purchased in 1963. Arguably the region’s greatest vineyard, Clos du Bourg makes some of Europe's most powerful, thrilling and long-lived white wines. With only one metre of topsoil over solid limestone, the vines immediately tap into the mineral resources underfoot. The warmth of the site, combined with the mineral complexion of the soils, results in rich, long-lived wines that seem to effortlessly combine intense, charged minerality with generous texture and concentration.
Paringa Estate
This is a newer world style of Chardonnay showing the elegance of fresh cool climate. Once harvested, the fruit was whole bunch pressed with the un-clarified juice that was fermented with inoculated yeast in seasoned French Oak Barriques. The wine by Paringa Estate was barrel stirred fortnightly during the eleven months of maturation and was sulphured early to retain fruit freshness & prevent malolactic fermentation. The bouquet of this wine is a mix nectarine, citrus/orange and complex sulphide solids aromas. The palate has similar fresh citrus & nectarine fruit flavours along with fine acidity. Chardonnay fruit combined with the complexity of barrel fermentation & maturation.

Tolpuddle Chardonnay
In 1988, local farmers, the Casimaty family joined forces with two of Australia's foremost wine business trailblazers, Garry Crittenden and Tony Jordan to plant a vineyard to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Tolpuddle Vineyard Chardonnay reflects the cool maritime climate of Tasmania's Coal River Valley. The result is fine and precise Chardonnay with a backbone of firm acidity, and a combination of lightness of texture and intensity of flavour.
