An exceptional blend of Grenache, Syrah and Rolle (Vermentino) sourced from Coteaux Varois en Provence vineyards, Roseblood Rosé evokes harmonious composition of flavours all in an elegant, playful and bold package. The wine is composed of 65% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Cinsault, and 5% Rolle, sourced from hillside vineyards in Coteaux Varois en Provence, characterised by red earth soils with pockets of gravel and flint. Winemaking involves direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel and concrete. The wine is aged for several weeks on fine lees. The name 11 MINUTES refers to the durationof the skin contact, the pressing of the grapes: the full load of grapes is very softly pressed. It is ideal as an aperitif and as anaccompaniment to the most delicate dishes.

The aromatics are true to type, initially delicate, even shy. Then as the glass warms a melange of spices including cardamom with hints of Lily of the Valley. The palate has drying raspberry entry followed by raspberries more fresh and zingy. All in all a long palate that really saturates your tastebuds with flavour. Please serve chilled. If you serve this wine at room temperature much of the magic of the Fairytale will be lost.
