This Tawny style fortified is a blend of 5 to 12 year old Port, matured in old rum casks to create a rustic and generous style fortified wine. Best served after meals with hard cheese, and around a campfire with friends.

A warm, dry vintage in 2018 allowed the vines to thrive and has produced a wine dense and dark purple in colour. Expect leafy and tomato bush characters on the palate with generous yet soft tannins in this medium-bodied wine. Swan Bay is the great second label of Scotchman's Hill on the Bellarine Peninsula. Medium bodied, fleshy, generous fruit, this is real value drinking Shiraz that will live for a few years to come.
