Australian Pale Malt, distilled in our towering twin copper pots and aged in first-fill ex-Bourbon American oak. Matured to an assertive, balanced complexity over four Riverland summers. Due to its Southern hemisphere birth, swirl anti-clockwise in the glass to waken its slumber and unlock sensory treasures including honey, tangerine, cardamom and brioche.

Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate. A punchy hit of fragrant aromas from the citrus, and the subtle sweetness of premium vanilla. Archie Rose Single Malt Whisky is distinctly crafted to highlight six malts, each with a unique profile and character. This six-malt mash bill, although incredibly low yielding, provides a rich and expressive flavour, full of distinct regional character.Matured predominantly in 100, 200 and 300-litre Australian Apera (Sherry) casks, complemented by a selection of Ex-Bourbon and Archie Roses own 36-month air dried Ex-Rye Casks, each coopered with a specific balance of both char and toast.The natural sweetness of these casks complements the savoury charisma of the spirit, revealing fresh herbs, shortbread biscuits, raisins, toffee and dark chocolate on the nose. Meanwhile, the palate is luscious with well-integrated flavours of sticky date pudding and amaretto with a final note of espresso.

Penfolds Bin 407 began life back in 1993 with the release of the 1990 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon. Created as a result of the availability of high quality Cabernet fruit, Bin 407 is inspired by its older brother, Bin 707. Not only offering varietal definition, but also approachability, structure and depth of flavour. The Bin 407 highlights the Penfolds approach to multi-region, multi-vineyard blending to create a Cabernet that rewards the drinker in both early and later years.

Our small batch Irish Gin is rested in casks made from Juniper wood. During this time the spirit takes on a beautiful copper colour and gentle sweetness. Juniper wood and juniper berry working together, that's what makes this gin rather special.

Six Dogs Blue derives its name from the Blue Pea flower (Clitoria Ternatea), an antioxidant and aphrodisiac in traditional medicine. As chance would have it, ‘Blue’ is also the name of the smallest dog in our pack of six. The infusion of Blue Pea gives the Gin its striking blue colour. The alchemy of this unusual botanical is further revealed when the Gin is mixed with a good tonic, changing the colour to light pink. Six Dogs Blue is the most royal of Gins. A party Gin.
