Six Dogs Pinotage Stained Gin is the love child of Six Dogs Gin and our neighbours highly prized block of Pinotage grapes. Our gin is distilled in small batches through generous quantities of juniper and fresh citrus. It is then placed in tanks together with handpicked Pinotage grapes to allow the gin to extract the deep red essence. The result? Six Dogs Pinotage Stained Gin. An alchemy between neighbours, friends, nature and of course, six faithful dogs.

Six Dogs Honey Lime is an irresistible combination of farm honey, home-grown limes and the finest botanical spirit. Sip it and youll taste classic notes of juniper, coriander and the earthy tones of angelica, complemented by a bite of zesty limes and a subtle infusion of honey to soften and sweeten the overall taste. This delectable drink is the result of a sustainability project that began when South African bee conservation company, Bee Smiths, approached Six Dogs Distillery to relocate distressed bees to the farm on which the distillery is situated. Their new home, found on the intersection of the Fynbos and Karoo biomes, proved to be the ideal location for the bees.

Our small batch Irish Gin is rested in casks made from Juniper wood. During this time the spirit takes on a beautiful copper colour and gentle sweetness. Juniper wood and juniper berry working together, that's what makes this gin rather special.

Geometric is an unapologetically a bold juniper and coriander gin. Along with subtle Cape Malay style cinnamon, cardamom and clove lined with the earthy indigenous buchu and Cape snowbush.Botanicals are bound together with Cape brandy, a masterfully textured spirit which gives this gin its uniquely rich and round profile. Prominent juniper and earth notes followed by subtly spiced citrus. Juniper, Cape snowbush and clove interlace around the soft-edged texture of the spirit. Cardamom and coriander pull the spirit to the back of the palate for a surprisingly long finish. Its length and texture making it ideal for a martini, its prominent juniper beautiful in a Geometric Gin and Tonic.

A Gin of great freshness, lemony with an explosivity in the mouth. All the ingredients coming into the composition of GENEROUS ORGANIC are: Juniper, Citrus, Mandarin, Red Pepper, Combava & Coriander. Some of them are produced by maceration, others by distillation, using exclusively traditional methods. This naturality can be clearly perceived in the tasting: the style is clear, the flavours are precised and well harmonised.

Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. Paying homage to the historical sailors, this Gin meets the test they required for “proof” that the spirit delivered was as promised by the British Royal Navy. Using the base of our Signature Gin the intensified strength provides an enhanced flavour experience where each botanical dances on the palate. A punchy hit of fragrant aromas from the citrus, and the subtle sweetness of premium vanilla. Islay artisans, Bruichladdich, turn their hands to producing the first and only Islay Dry Gin. The botanicals used comprise of nine classic gin varietals, plus 22 wild, Islay botanicals that are hand-picked from the wind-swept hills, peat bogs and the Atlantic shores. The result is a highly distinctive, complex, floral gin with outstanding finish and impeccable provenance.
