Fragrant lift of jasmine, green apple and white peach. Fine-boned and elegant with a bright mix of white fruit, grapefruit and a nutty layer, soft creamy texture and tightly wound acidity.

Whole bunch picked and gently pressed, then barrel fermented with 25% new oak for 11 months.
