Our 2021 Pinot Noir Single Vineyard is crafted solely from grapes grown at our cool-climate vineyard in Canyonleigh, NSW. Tasting Notes Brilliantly clear crimson hue. A subtle bouquet from a marriage of red fruits. A delicate, savoury Pinot Noir. Spice, dark cherry and satsuma plum followed by superfine tannins. Delivering a long, pleasing finish.

This wine is bright straw coloured, with lively bubbles, and a soft, caressing flavour. It is an excellent aperitif, and is also suitable for vegetable soups and shellfish dishes, pasta with delicate meat sauces, fresh cheese and white meat.
