A delicate and celebratory wine all the way from the finest grapes of Freixenet, Italy, Freixenet Prosecco NV is a mix of fresh and fruity. Subtle fragrances of flower, citrus and apple complement an equally light palate that is perfect for just about any occasion.

The nose leads with freshly picked strawberriesand cream, and pink grapefruit. The palate shows restraint with delicate strawberry fruit, bright and elegant minerality, grapefruit pith, and a soft supple lingering finish.

Fermentation begins in the winery before the part fermented juice is transferred to bottle to finish the job. Flavours of strawberries and cream with tart raspberry it has a persistent fizz that knows how to quench a thirst. A perfect match for sunshine and good times.

Upon release this Sept 2021, we find that a displayed colour of pale salmon and peach compliment the presence of red apple and baked pastry aromas which seamlessly flow onto a crisp and fresh palate of sweetened fruit and Turkish delight. Perfect as an aperitif, an afternoon with friends or paired with subtle seafood dishes. Predominately, our signle plot vineyard Pinot grape is used here with a touch of Chardonnay to bring a subtle nuance of flavours ripe for Australian summers. Grown & produced at our Ocean facing vineyard which rests under the watchful gaze of Paddy's Head nature reserve on Tasmania's pristine East Coast, the terroir of the region and natural amphitheatre are quintessential for growing our colder climate grapes which we find perfectly reflected here. This Multi Vintage Exceptionnelle exhibits a light straw/green hue in the glass, with a fine persistent mousse. On the nose it delivers vibrant citrus and stone fruits which are complemented by layers of creamy complexity. The palate offers a crisp acidity and a concentration of rich and balanced lemon curd and lime which draw the wine through to a delicious and extended finish.

PepperGreen Estate’s Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot is a good, firm Cabernet with a medium body and delicious berries on the palate. Tasting Notes Mid-deep red. Blackcurrant and red fruits on nose with a little leafiness and vanilla from oak. Medium body. Good, firm Cabernet structure and flavour. Dark and red berries. Balanced, dry tannins and nice length.
