Sam Trimboli brings you yet another refreshing treat inspired by his Italian heritage. His Saverio label celebrates a range of European grape varieties, some rarely seen in Australia and New Zealand. Pecorino grown in Central Italy in the Marches region and down through Abruzzo, yields stone fruit, just a hint of tropical notes, savoury, herby and nutty nuances, and a clean refreshing acidity.
