This 2014 Rosabrook Cabernet Merlot is one of the Margaret River's signature wine styles. Great licks of black fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon interlaced with the smooth plum characters on Merlot. Audrey Wilkinsons Merlot is a mellow, easy approaching style that is packed with ripe plum aromas and subtle oak. It is matured in French and American oak for 18 months, giving the wine soft tannins and a flavoursome finish.

Our Merlot is full of fruit flavours, yet a smooth and soft wine. With a deep purple colour, it has a nose of sweet plum and vanilla. It displays a rich spectrum of plum and spiced berries fruits and a lingering finish of warm spices.
