This elegant Brut Cuvee has been carefully crafted, using tradtional method, from specially selected parcels of our Single Vineyard Estate Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit. Lying across calcium-rich clay and limestone soils, this sparkling demonstrates a distinctively crisp minerality and sumptuous concentration of flavour. Low intervention and tradtional techniques are used in the winery to preserve single vineyard charm.

TASTING NOTES AROMA White peaches and tropical fruit flavours, with hints of lemon curd and toasted wafer. PALATE Creaminess on the palate with a fresh fruit finish, integrated with tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and zesty acid. The bead is fine and persistent. The cool slopes of the Tamar Valley region, located in northern Tasmania, have the potential to produce great sparkling wine. This richly flavoured cuvée made from Chardonnay and Pinot noir by Pirie boasts complexity from barrel-aged base wine and reserve blending. It displays the impact of terroir and the favourable interaction of climate and soil on these vines.

The Grande Réserve Brut Multi-vintage is the flagship wine of Gosset. Grapes are sourced from various Grand Cru and Premier Cru sites in the Marne Valley. The wine is a blend of 43% Chardonnay, 42% Pinot noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier with 12% reserve wines of an average age of 2 years. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to retain the vibrant, dry acidity that gives freshness to the Champagne. The wine is aged on yeast for 4 years prior to disgorgement and release. The Grande Reserve Brut MV epitomises Gossets signature; complexity with freshness. Replete with delicious biscuity notes, fine bead and creamy mousse, this superb Champagne will delight at every occasion.

Bottle fermented and aged on yeast lees, Angas Brut Chardonnay Pinot is a marvellous blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. It displays a pale straw colour with slight green hints noticeable throughout the wine. Lifted fragrances of strawberry, cream and biscuit characters from the Pinot Noir fruit makes the nose attractive, while the citrus notes, tight structure and fine acidity provided by the Chardonnay grapes on the palate counterbalance the aromas, leading to a lengthy and persistent climax. Made for drinking fresh and young, serve this wine chilled with Camembert cheese, bay scallops with garlic and parsley butter, and freshly shucked oysters.
