Freshwater is an American Style pale ale, brewed using our favourite American hop, Cascade. The Freshwater is well balanced between the sweet biscuity malt and the thirst quenching hop flavour and crispy clean finish.

Our Japanese Lager pays homage to the refined nature of the style. A proprietary blend of malts gives it a delicate appearance and flavour profile. Filtered, for a clean & crisp mouthfeel, making it exceptionally palatable and truly enjoyable.

A clean malt, medium-bodied, crisp dry finish ale bursting with grapefruit and lime. Massive amounts of flavour for a beer of only 3.5% and very easy on the palette. It will suit non-craft drinkers and those at the beginning of their craft journey through to diehard fans

We could have given this continental-style Lager a fancy name. We could have called it "The Cleanest, Crispest Lager You'll Ever Drink". Or even "Harold" - that's a solid name. But this Lager speaks for itself. An easy drinking beer that will keep you coming back for more.

With delicate refreshment in mind, this new world pilsner with 100% real watermelon added to the fermenter, gives a subtle, yet delightful layer of fruit amongst a clean lager finish.

This classic OBrien Lager has been slowly brewed to deliver a full-bodied brew with a crisp and refreshing edge. Using a blend of three hops varieties to bring distinct floral aromas and an approachable firm bitterness.

Clean, crisp and crushable. A hint of lemongrass and lime swirls over a light-bodied pilsner malt and aromatic jasmine rice, enticing the next sip. Pairs well with summer afternoons.

Once you go black. This gold medal winner is in the style of an Irish Stout with a light sweetness. A deep ruby black colour gives way to a beautiful tan head. An aroma of roasted coffee and rich chocolate, followed by a full, creamy mouthfeel. Pair with rich, hearty meat dishes and desserts.

Crisp, light bodied and American in style, it displays subtle hoppy dryness, spicy citrus aromatics and a nutty malt finish.

Our Stonebarn Truffle Pale Ale Beer is made from Australian Pale Ale malt and Light Caramel malts with a blend of Australian and American hops. The light malt ensures that the flavour of the hops and Black Perigord Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum) is not too overpowering, giving the beer a milder truffle taste. The Pale Ale is brewed to be more sessionable with a lower alcohol content. This combination produces a lighter copper colour and reduces the bitterness to 23 BUs.
