Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is a delightful example of the classic pale ale style. It has a deep amber colour and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. The fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.

We chose the Japanese word for 'white' for our Hefeweizen as a way to capture not only its bright colour, but also its distinctively gentle character.

Shikkoku is a Japanese word that reflects the jet black colour of onyx, perfect for this enchantingly dark, slow-aged brew marked by an elegant and mellow flavour profile. Dark shadows contrast sharply with the brightness of its fine, tea-coloured head. Aromatic hops surround the nose.
