Little beach xpa “An xpa (extra pale ale) that falls more on the ipa side of things than the pale's of the world, this little brew was so named after little beach itself, which is located just 6km south of ironhouse point, with a continuous sloping rocky shoreline in between. The beach lies in a small valley at the mouth of little beach creek, which is usually blocked to form a small lagoon. the beach is 200 m long, faces east and is bordered by sloping granite points backed by cleared farmland. waves average over 1m and usually maintain a permanent rip against the southern rocks. there are occasionally good surf breaks over the rocks at each end of the beach. Fixation focuses on the ever-popular style of beer, the amazing India Pale Ale (or IPA). This is a style of beer that has been around for 150 years in one form or another. It wasn't until craft brewers started using new world hops that the style really established itself as a force for good in the flavourful beer world. Using all American hops Fixation have created a balanced, super clean, tasty Amercian IPA.

Viking IPA showcases the American hop variety known as Mosaic. We double dry-hop this beer to give it plenty of pine, tropical and resinous flavours, whilst keeping the bitterness light.

Our Bloodshot IPA is brewed with Red Malt & Oats, giving it plenty of rich malt flavour. Balanced out with a big double dry-hop, there's lots of resinous & piney notes on offer at a surprisingly easy drinking ABV.

Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is one of Australia's truly remarkable beers. Produced from the very best ingredients available to the expert team at Coopers - all harvested during the 2016 vintage. As with previous Vintages, the 2016 Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is driven by the choice of hops to be used in combination with premium South Australian maritime barley malt, crystal malt and malted wheat.The 2016 Vintage Ale utilises four hop varieties, two Australian and two American, which have been chosen for their particular benefits in imparting bitterness and aroma.
