Biagi Abruzzo Italy Premium Fine Italian Wines exclusive to Eccellenza Australia. Passito is excellent with desserts after a meal, is her most original pairing with large mature or blue cheese. full and rich body from feeling intense sweet but well balanced by natural acidity; rich finish of fruity aftertaste nuances. The grapes are harvested overripe put in large perforated crates (binz) and stowed in cold storage for 45 days until completion of the natural drying process. Farnese Edizione
Farnese Edizione gives a very deep garnet red colour. The nose is intense and persistent with notes of cherry and blackcurrant, herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, liquorice and hints of mineral. The palate has great structure, good balance between alcohol and freshness, velvety tannins, very persistent with a long finish, ready to drink, or can be put in the cellar for a few years.
Scorpo Pinot Noir

Every so often there are parcels of wine that generate tremendous excitement amongst the winemakers at Schild Estate. They set this aside to make Prämie, the wine that defines the best of the vintage and the land on which it was grown. Intense primary fresh plum flavours show again on the palate, where they hold their presence all the way through to roll out soft and pillowy at the finish. A firmly present, but fine tannin framework provides just enough focus and lift for the fruit to ensure added complexity, but retaining vibrancy to the mouth flavours of this Shiraz.
Petaluma Merlot
Petaluma Merlot is medium body with a brick red colour, the superbly perfumed bouquet is a tangle of marzipan, spice, plum and confectionery and is the best nose of the early Petalumas. On the palate, flavours of cherry, plum and spice emerge, with very good depth and complexity.
