Prunotto Barbera d'Alba
Prunotto's Barbera d'Alba is ruby red with purple highlights. Grapey on the nose with fresh floral aromas of roses that blend with hints of ripe fruit and spicy notes. The palate is full and balanced. The grapes were perfectly healthy with excellent balance in all components; sugar levels, acidity and phenolic compounds. The grapes were destemmed and crushed. Maceration on the skins lasted 5 to 7 days at a temperature of 28-30 °C (82-86 °F). Malolactic fermentation was completed mid December. The different lots from different vineyard parcels were blended in spring and then bottled. In 1904 a co-operative winery called Ai Vino Delle Langhe was founded and a young man who founded a young man who worked there was one Alfred Prunotto. Prunotto took over the estate in 1922, giving it his own name and today it is run under the umbrella of the famous Marchesi Antinori family. Located in Alba the estate tends around 50 hectares of vineyards throughout the Langhe and Monferrato and produces a range of fine wines from the heady Moscato d'Alba to delicious Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo. A the top end lie a range of single cru wines from Barolo, Barbaresco and the DOC's of Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto d'Alba and Barbera d'Asti. Classic Piedmont wines produced with style by the Antinori family.

Roberto Sarotto Lautus Langhe Rosso DOC
From the marriage of the Queen and King of the Langhe, Barbera and Nebbiolo, comes Lautus, a wine of extreme finesse and nobility, destined for a long life. Lautus, from the Latin “elegant, distinguished,” embodies the best characteristics of the two grape varieties that make it up: the intense ruby and softness of Barbera are complemented by the austere and tannic trait of Nebbiolo, to give it structure and longevity. Lautus is the expression of two opposite characters that meet and complement each other in a relationship of perfect balance.

Zema Estate Shiraz
The Zema family has a proud history of producing great Coonawarra wines with plenty of regional character. This rich inky offering is redolent of ripe berries with a long satisfying finish.
Tarrawarra Estate Barbera
This is our first release of Barbera from TarraWarra Estate. We chose this variety for its inherent structure and intense flavour. It is ideally suited to the Yarra Valley, and we are very excited by this first release. The variety is thriving in its location, yielding a wine that is full flavoured, rich and long.
By Farr Shiraz
Shiraz By Farr is one of Victoria's premier cool-climate Shiraz's, made by the iconic Geelong winemaker, Gary Farr. The nose is incredibly complex showing notes of red and black fruits, spice, black pepper and iodine. In the mouth the wine is incredibly fresh.
