Made from a blend of Frankland WA grown Shiraz and handpicked bushvine Tempranillo. Each wine was allowed to ferment naturally on skins using only the wild yeast then they were basket pressed and blended. The Shiraz provides body and complexity to the tannin component of the lighter Tempranillo. The result is a fruit driven, unoaked red with berry and spice elements, great texture, and a bright acidity.

Deep purple in colour this wine is lifted and spicy. The palate does not hold back, deep, spicy potpourri and abundant tannins will see many years reward.

A classic Fromm Vineyard Pinot Noir, a multi-layered wine, very concentrated without appearing big or heavy, with positive tannin support. At its best it shows a masculine charm with a distinct terroir-related identity, aging superbly.

Fred Pizzini grew up in Italy and is bringing the taste of his homeland to the Australian dining table. His Sangiovese is one of the best examples in the country, with spicy, savoury fruit hiding a vein of mouth watering acid that is a hallmark of the variety. The Reserva Tempranillo blend from iconic Riojan producer, Marqués de Riscal is made from fruit sourced from outstanding vineyard sites that are in excess of 15 years of age. This fruit is able to withstand the lengthy maturation process in oak due to the fine, complex tannin and acid structure. The resulting wine is classically savoury with notes of dark berries and toasty oak. The palate is long and rounded with interesting hint of spice.

This exciting Spanish black grape shows hints of red spicy berries, liquorice, raspberries and cherry, with good fleshy finish.

Mazza is a new producer to Wine Selectors, who specialise in growing Spanish and Portuguese varieties in the Geographe region of Western Australia. The wine is fermented and aged for 5 months in French Oak Barrels, giving an exciting complexity and a nice body with unusual aromas that include red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, cherry and smoky notes as well as spices typical from French oak.In mouth it has a rich texture, it's rounded, with excellent acidity, structure and flavour leaving a long finish.
