Classic Riesling by Clos Clare from dry-grown 44 years old vines in the famous Florita Vineyard in the Watervale district of Clare Valley. Hand crafted wine that shows delicacy, focus and finesse, which is indicative of this vineyard. The nose displays lifted lime blossom and pink grapefruit aromas. The palate has clarity, backbone, focus and length, with a finish complemented by zesty freshness.

Delicate, subtle and dry with vibrant lemon and lime flavours tightly woven around a core of slate and mineral acid that provides length and texture to this Pikes Merle Riesling.

This dry Riesling shows concentrated punchy stone fruit flavour with succulent and mouthwatering acidity. The hand-picked fruit from the 1954 Churinga vineyard Riesling, is my twelfth release from this site. With lifted citrus spice and juicy fruit flavour, this wine displays all of the concentrated fruit flavour that Watervale is renowned for. Our hand picking and careful bunch selection from the vintage has produced a great reward.

Purity in a glass, this Riesling is a magnificent micro siet Riesling that shows aromas and flavours of lime dominated citrus married with stonefruit characters that lend itself to some amazing food matches. It's no wonder the Riesling revival is at last beginning to come to fruition.

The 2013 Kanta Riesling is a youthful green gold in the glass. The nose entices with notes of lemon curd, buttery pastry, honeysuckle and kaffir lime leaf, backed by lovely tertiary notes of brown lime cordial and a hint of kerosene. The palate is yielding and fleshy, but remarkably fresh for 8 years old. At first the palate yields pineapple and baked lemon pudding, well supported by gentle acidity. The time on lees and maturation in bottle means that this is a wine that has truly settled into its own skin. Kanta Riesling by Egon Müller is a unique winemaking partnership where German tradition and precision meets the premium, cool climate fruit from the Adelaide Hills. Steve has always loved Riesling and in a formative moment early in his career in a well know Adelaide bar he was introduced to and subsequently fell hard for a German Riesling made by J.J Prum. You could say from that moment on a Riesling was always on the cards and all that was needed was the right opportunity. Aromas of lime marmalade, white flowers, bees wax and ginger with a sweet green apple and lime cordial palate.Light, rippling texture, dangerously slippery, promotes a swallowing reflex that soon sees the bottle emptied. The green apple acidity lengthens the palate and the finish dances with alpine strawberry. Poised and balanced acidity and sweetness.
