It was the Tate family who began Evans & Tate decades ago and today the Tate name is re-born under the Franklin Tate Estates label. Franklin, son of John, has sourced some of the most prestigious vineyard sites in Margaret River and has highly regarded winemaker Rory Clifton-Parks to hand-craft the quality wines, like this traditional Chardonnay.

There's plenty of Margaret River character here in this crisp Semillon Sauvignon Blanc white blend. There is texture and lively fruit. The nose displays a subtle tropical character with the addition of pear and citrus edges. The palate is delicate yet intensely flavoured with a very long finish. There is a delightful freshness in there.

Vinaceous Shakre Chardonnay

Fermented 80% in stainless steel tanks and the rest in French oak barriques, Vinaceous Shakre Chardonnay has been designed to display the strengths of modern Margaret River Chardonnay.
