The ripe grapes used to produce Credaro 5 Tales Shiraz were destemmed, moved to static tanks, and immediately inoculated with a yeast strain. The resulting wine shows a lively crimson red colour, and exudes lifted aromas of mulberries, sweet vanilla and mocha hints from its mesmerising nose. These fragrances make way for a soft palate offering cherry and dark plum flavours. Balanced by fine tannins, the juicy palate culminates in a finale marked by creamy oak nuances. This intense red wine can be cellared for 5 to 8 years from vintage to develop bottle aged flavours.
