Produced in the same style as its McLaren Vale cousin, the Red Rattler South Australia edition combines brilliantly ripe fruit from top vineyards across the state to produce a succulent, powerful and brimming with velvety dark fruit flavours with hints of mocha and oak.

Gorgeous Grenache displays a beautifully perfumed nose with hints of violets and wild strawberry. The palate is succulent, juicy and Pinot-like in its profile while the finish is savoury and moreish. Sourced from a number of vineyards in The Barossa and McLaren Vale regions of South Australia. All vineyards are vinified in small batches, separately. Another great success story of grape grower turned grower/winemaker. Troy Kalleske is the latest custodian of a family heritage that dates back to 1853 when the Kalleske family first planted vineyards in the Moppa sub-discrict of Greenock, in the north-west of the Barossa Valley. This Shiraz (with a touch of Viognier and Petit Verdot) is 100% biodynamic and has concentrated aromas of blueberry, cloves, violets and dried fig. The silken palate that follows has dark fruit and lifted notes of floral with a sublime length of flavour.

Made naturally, bottled scientifically - The Shiraz is medium bodied but plush with a core of ripe berry fruit flavours, plums and smoky spice matched by fine tannins and a precise structure.

Howard Parks Flink Rock Pinot Noir features fruit from the sub-regional trio of Mt Barker, Porongurup and Frankland River. In the glass: Attractive light Pinot red. On the nose: Fresh, concentrated strawberry and cedary oak. On the palate: Quite light and elegant, its juicy with silken dark cherry fruit, savoury depth and length and soft, background oak. Shows just the right amount of stalky complexity.

Our Shiraz is enhanced by the best characteristics of two premium regions. A myriad of rich dark berry fruit flavours from the Wrattonbully region meld ideally with the Adelaide Plain's elegant complexity and smooth finish.Intense colour pre-empts layers of lush dark berry and plum fruits with subtle pepper and eucalypt nuances. A smooth restrained finish is balanced by the soft tannin structure and lingering spice.Perfectly paired with barbecued foods, richly flavoured red meats and game birds.
