Thistledown Gorgeous Old Vine McLaren Vale Grenache

Sourced from a number of old vineyards in the Riverland and McLaren Vale, some of which are dry grown bush vines. Aromatic and lifted on the nose with a beautifully layered, textural palate with wild strawberry and spice. Vinified in small batches, separately. Wild ferments, whole bunch inclusion, larger oak and no filtration or fining define the natural character of the wine.

The 5Os Project Nero Blend

It’s 100% grown in South Australia, but as winemaker Steve Grimley says, this lavish wine is Italy meets Portugal Down Under. It blends Italy’s famous Nero d’Avola (40%) and Sangiovese (10%), with Portugal’s Touriga (20%), adding in luscious Durif (20%) and inky Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). (Yes, Durif and Cabernet were originally French, but they’ve been here long enough to be considered true blue Aussies, so we’re not going to quibble.) “No fewer than 4 varieties join forces in this tiny-batch red. Where to start?” says Steve. “The approach I came up with was to focus on what it is like, not what goes into it.” Let’s just say that if you like you reds inkily rich and decadent, you will LOVE Nero! Don't miss your chance to try this opulent red

Curtis Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosè

As you pour a glass of this sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé your senses are immediately captivated by its enchanting salmon-pink hue. It glimmers with the promise of something truly special, a visual overture to the symphony of flavors within. As you lift the glass to your nose, and you'll be greeted by a delicate and inviting bouquet. Fresh red berries, particularly vibrant strawberries and raspberries, take the lead, accompanied by subtle notes of rose petals and a touch of citrus zest. It's a harmonious blend of fruit and florals, like a fragrant garden in full bloom. The first sip is a revelation. Bright red fruit flavors burst onto the stage, with strawberries and raspberries once again in the spotlight. Their sweetness is beautifully balanced by a refreshing acidity, reminiscent of ripe cranberries and a hint of orange peel. The fine bubbles add a lively effervescence, dancing across your palate and creating a sense of celebration with every sip. The finish is long and graceful, leaving a delicate memory of red berries and a touch of minerality.
