Made from Muscadelle grapes, this wine has spent an average of 12 years in oak barrels, giving it complex flavours of honey and malt which combine to deliver a full flavoured wine with a sweet but clean finish. Ideal for after dinner.

A distinctly lighter and more savoury style with a wonderful lifted aroma of red fruit and dried herbs. Well balanced with lively acidity and fruit coupled with just a hint of oak.

The mouthfeel is soft and balanced with well ripened dark berry fruits combined with spice and fine grainy Shiraz tannin. The oak is integrated into the wine and completes the front palate of fresh berries, chocolates and spice.

The Hip Sip Muscat has a rich amber colour. Aromas of raisins, candied peel and spice with notes of sweet butterscotch. The palate is intense showing the benefit of time in barrel with concentrated fruit and lovely balanced sweetness. Hip Sip does its ageing in the old oak barrels prior to bottling and will not age further in the bottle. Once opened it should be consumed in about a month.

This delicious sparkling Moscato flaunts a pretty pink colour. A swirl of the wine reveals a highly fragrant bouquet of musk candy. The palate is rich with floral and musk stick characters, accompanied by juicy natural sweetness. Fine spritz brings the drink to life. This wine has been crafted for consumption upon its release. Serve it as an apéritif, with tapas or canapés.

Durif originated in the Rhône Valley of France, but has been grown in Rutherglen for over a century. Its a variety that tends to make rather bold wines, like this beauty! Deep red black. Super-rich black cherry cola with iodine and prune. Palate equally intense with lashings of inky dark plum, prune and dark cherry, satiny and rounded mouthfeel, espresso-like tannins and plenty of charry oak. Sweet, rich and ripe.

While the Rutherglen region is most famous for bold reds and fortified wines, they are quickly making a name for their alternative white varieties such as this tasty Fiano.
