The grapes are harvested late September once they are perfectly ripe. The yields are controlled to ensure a good concentration and elegant tannins.This wine reveals aromas of fresh fruit such as Morello cherry, wild raspberry and spices. On the mouth the full texture is velvety with silky tannins, and an elegant, well-balanced finish.
