This red wine is a delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes, procured from picturesque vineyards in the renowned Margaret River wine region. Heading down boards keep the cap submerged for better skin contact. The fermenters are temperature controlled to provide optimum conditions. Gentle extraction is achieved by the draining of wine from the skins and returning back over. Wine is then transferred to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for maturation. This is a 60-40 blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine is elegant and refined showing a clear red-purple colour; a fresh, bright and breezy wine, with red fruits to the fore and balanced tannins to hold the structure together.
