Old Kempton Distillery's Small Cask Matured Single Malt Whisky is hand crafted on a magnificent heritage-listed property in Kempton, Tasmania, first gazetted to sell spirits in 1836. Weary travellers would stop at the coaching inn overnight on their ride between northern and southern Tasmania and the local innkeeper would revive them with aq good dram. Today, the tradition continues with Tasmanian barley double distilled through our copper pot stills and patiently matured in small oak casks, creating delicious, rich, balanced Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky - The perfect small cask matured dram.

Aged 4yrs in American Oak ex Makers Mark barrels, Iron House Single Malt Bourbon Cask brings rum and raisin aromas with a subtle vanilla and a spiced herb oak undertone. A wash of buttery warm caramels heat, hazelnut and oak finish with sweet dried fruits to engulf the palate, with a lengthy finish of bourbon heat and spiced oils.

Lark is Tasmanian whisky, proudly unique in character and style. Entirely made by hand with no more than 100 litres at a time, Lark's 58% Cask Strength expression is widely regarded as 'one of the world's best cask strength whiskies', winning numerous international medals and trophies. Surprisingly easy to drink at this strength, the whisky driven by a more rich malty alcohol, perfectly dominating the floral and crýme caramel notes to reveal layers of Tasmanian malt bursting across the palate, finishing with lengthy maple syrup sweet notes of highland peat and oily spice.

Our tropical take on a traditional sloe gin; swapping sloe berries for locally grown Far North Queensland Davidson Plums. The plums are steeped for up to 3 months to produce a truly unique sloe style gin. With an earthy aroma that is reminiscent of plum jam, stewed rhubarb and a touch of sweetness. The first ever release of Sullivans Cove XO Double Cask Brandy is a marriage of ten different casks, each selected for their individual flavour profiles to create a uniquely Tasmanian spirit much more than the sum of its parts. Each brandy in this batch was aged for between nine and ten years in various French Oak ex-tawny and American oak ex-Bourbon casks, distilled from a wide variety of Tasmanian wines including chardonnay, pinot noir, gewurztraminer, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot to achieve incredible complexity.
