Geoff creates his wines with an eye on the future, everything is held back and carefully tracked until it's in its optimum drinking window. This is what a wine in the optimum drinking window looks like. Full of oomph and bravado, this strapping back-vintage cab is not for the faint of heart. Packed with succulent, ripe berry fruits, charry and vanillin oak and leather – this is not one to pull the bat away from big, bold flavours. Marked by a toasty oak profile, there's a whack of tobacco, clove and freshly roasted coffee perfuming the nose and palate. This is quite the wine to impress.

Aromas of blackberry and spice of to reveal subtle tastes of cedar, mint and choclate. This iconic Cabernet was matured in French Oak barriques for 18 moinths. Awarded 95 points by Wine Showcase magazine.Will cellar well for up to 10 years.
Hollick Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon
The fruit for the Cabernet is selected from old vine material from the Wilgha and Neilson's Block vineyards at the cooler, southern end of Coonawarra. Very well-made.Deep, dark red. Complex aromas of mulberry, liquorice, crushed herbs and charcuterie. Richly-flavoured, with a very concentrated core of black fruit and cassis, with hints of amaro and anise, powerful tannins, and a rich, decadent finish.

A round rich palate with a good backbone of tight, but deliciously mouth-watering tannins. Generously flavoured but retaining elegance. Structured to age beautifully over the long term but round enough to be enjoyed while the primary fruits are fresh and vibrant.
The Blind Pig Cabernet Sauvignon 12
This sought after Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits complex aromas of blackcurrant, anise, cracked pepper and dried herbs, with subtle hints of earthy notes. Densely layered, mouth-filling flavours of baking spice, dark chocolate, plums and rhubarb are enveloped in a firm yet inviting tannin structure. The meticulous use of French oak complements the fruit derived flavours and leads to an everlasting finish. Pair with venison, or with braised mushrooms served on polenta.
