Fruit sourced from the best parts of our vineyard, and treated with respect. We let the wine speak for itself with wild fermentation and maturation in French oak, and assisted it with regular lees stirring and topping. A reflection of the region.

Pale yellow with a green hue, this is a wine iof great length with aromas of grapefruit, peach, citrus, wet stone and flint with white fruit, citrus curd, and fine French oak flavours.

Vibrant aromas of white flowers, lime zest and peach. Intense citrus and stone fruit meet creme brulee on the palate. French oak adds class to a refined and mineral driven finish.Free-run juice from our premium Chardonnay block. Barrel fermented using wild yeast. 100% French oak with regular batonage.

Made from vines planted in 2002, the fruit was harvested at moderate ripeness, based on flavour and retention of natural acidity, then barrel fermented in French oak and aged for a further ten months. In the glass: Green straw, yellow highlights.On the nose: Bold and striking lime and nectarine freshness with subtle, complexing ozone and oyster shell notes.On the palate: Terrific poise and balance with the beautiful aromas carrying precisely through to the palate, driven by lime-like acidity and perfectly judged quality oak.

Voyager have really moved their Chardonnay into the top tier in recent vintages. It displays the richness, complexity and structure that compares with the region's best. Should age very well.

The citrus rind and grapefuit lead the palate to an overall fine yet textural journey. Cape Mentelle Chardonnay had this distinctive minerally line too, apparent with focussed refreshing acidity. Faint nuancesof soft nougat and cashews also add to what is a harmonious balance and an elegant and length finish.

The grapes used to craft Credaro 1000 Crowns Chardonnay were handpicked and whole bunch pressed. The juice obtained was directly run off into barrels, and wild fermented with yeasts. This led to the creation of a pale straw coloured wine with a deep green rim. The perfumed nose exudes scintillating aromas of white peach, pear, nougat and citrus. This delightful Chardonnay is smooth and juicy on the palate, brimming with flavours of stone fruit, grapefruit and citrus blossom. The aromas and flavours are supported by a fine and delicate layer of mineral acidity, offering a creamy texture and a lingering finish. This medium to full bodied white wine has the potential to be cellared for 5 to 8 years from vintage, tasting wonderful with grilled fish, pumpkin pie and creamy camembert cheese.
