The Savaterre vineyard is elevated at 430m above sea level and is farmed along organic principles. No pesticides are used. An incredibly complex, lifted, lively and intense nose. Exotic aromas of smoked meats, dried red rose, allspice, clove, dark plum, dark cherry ,blackberry, mulberry, mandarin, violets, sandalwood, bay and funky undergrowth. This aroma really revs me up, it continues to evolve as time goes by. This wine is alive! Complexity, poise, sinewy acid, fine tannins wrapped around a sleek core of pristine dark fruit. Built by Alfredo and Katrina based on their passions and commitment to family and the Pizzinis Italian heritage. The Pizzini La Volpe Nebbiolo is a fruit driven savoury wine with soft tannins. Ideal food match with Italian inspired dishes.

Pure joy in a bottle. The grey sands (blonde in colour) that run through this incredibly naturally low yielding vineyard contribute remarkable density and elegance. Highly perfumed, jube-like blue fruits leap from the glass and the super fine tannins and acidity will leave you craving another glass!

Nugan Durif exhibits aromas of ripe blackberry, plum and cherry with hints of aniseed and all-spice. A full-bodied wine displaying soft chewy tannins and a youthful fine acid balance with a generous palate of dark cherry and plum pudding with dusty chocolate, earth and spice. Durif is otherwise known as Petit Syrah.
