Fred Pizzini grew up in Italy and is bringing the taste of his homeland to the Australian dining table. His Sangiovese is one of the best examples in the country, with spicy, savoury fruit hiding a vein of mouth watering acid that is a hallmark of the variety. Peter Graham worked at Beechworth icon, Giaconda for 13 years. Now out on his own, this new venture not only shows his skillful winemaking but captures the essence of the region and the reason its so renowned. Balanced, peppery, has good power and lots of smoky, meaty tannin, showing blueberries, blackberried and black cherries.

A fantastically complex, balanced and textural rosé ideal for summer afternoons. Lifted fragrant aroomas of sour cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is redolent with wild strawberries and redcurrant with pippy fresh acidity and a fine, long structure. The wine builds through the mid palate to deliver a persistent, savoury, textural and dry finish.

Bright crimson. Bright red fruit and cherry ripe. Plumy ripe fruit and maraschino cherry teamed with lovely fine tannins.

The bouquet is vibrant with enticing blood plum, cherry, and dark chocolate aromas. A fleshy palate features bright acidity and soft, plush tannins. Damson plum and bramble fruit flavours with entrenched nuances of dried herb and white pepper.

A Pinot Noir that is both rich and distinct in flavour and texture. Smooth and silky tannins with a touch of bright acidity. A vibrant persistence with taut structure. Leaving a beautiful mouthfeel. Pairs well with meat dishes and cheese boards.
