An absolutely knock out rosé featuring lovely lifted sour cherry aromas, wild strawberry and redcurrant flavours and gorgeous fresh acidity giving it fantastic length. A fantastically complex, balanced and textural rosé ideal for summer afternoons. Lifted fragrant aroomas of sour cherry and wild strawberry. The palate is redolent with wild strawberries and redcurrant with pippy fresh acidity and a fine, long structure. The wine builds through the mid palate to deliver a persistent, savoury, textural and dry finish.

Pure joy in a bottle. The grey sands (blonde in colour) that run through this incredibly naturally low yielding vineyard contribute remarkable density and elegance. Highly perfumed, jube-like blue fruits leap from the glass and the super fine tannins and acidity will leave you craving another glass!

Soft red colour. Aromas of fresh strawberries, red fruits and dark cherries. The palate is fresh and lively displaying hints of red fruit and spices, finishing with soft tannins. Pair with a fresh cheese board with creamy brie or goat’s cheese. Try your luck with duck too! Classically pale in the glass, Nebbiolo is a deceptive and beautiful wine by Pizzini. The nose is all allure and seduction with classic, deep rose petal perfume, plenty of anise-scented spice and bright red fruits. The palate's deep, juicy and mouth-filling red cherry and plum flavours run on sturdy tannins, laced with liquorice and finishing bright.

The nose is of blackberries, raspberry, sour black cherries with notes of chocolate and just a hint of truffle. In the mouth there are lovely cedary tannins with beautiful fruit which speaks of bright raspberries slightly caramelised apple and chocolate.

De Bertoli Palette Reign Pinot Grigio is bright, aromatic and fruity. Lively with gentle acidity and a creamy finish makes this white wine a most enjoyable drop.

In the glass: Deep garnet crimson.On the nose: Exotic aromas of succulent red and black cherry, woody herbs, brown spice, earth and smokey oak.On the palate: Beautifully rich yet not sweet with a layered and elegant core of bramble fruit, dried herbs and fine tannin depth. So savoury, long and elegant with a delicious mix of secondary leather, tobacco and primary fruit richness blending seamlessley. A wine of character and brooding complexity.

Prosecco Spritz is best enjoyed with great friends, a large wine glass, ice and a generous orange segment. For food, share plates are best. Think Szechuan pepper seafood bites with a wasabi mayonnaise. Charcuterie with sun dried tomatoes and marinated artichokes.
