Displaying an abundance of classic Cabernet Sauvignon flavours and oak characteristics from aging in French barrels. With a nose and palate dominated by blackcurrant fruit flavor, this wine is well balanced. A lovely red plum colour that will deepen with age. Ripe varietal characters of blackcurrant with leafy notes. Is rich with French oak yet still approachable.

A softly textured Pinot Noir showing aromatic notes of red forest fruits, complex spice and forest floor. A refreshing mid-palate and fine, persistent tannins. The fruit comes from 25 year old vines grown in the deep granite soils of Tumbarumba in the foothills of the Snowy Mountains.

Pinot Noir 60%, Sangiovese 28%, Shiraz 12% All the individual varieties were fermented separately in small 2 tonne parcels. The fruit was 100% destemmed and pressed after 18 days on skins. The Pinot Noir and Sangiovese were blended together immediately after pressing and the Shiraz shortly after to ensure a longer period of time for the varieties to integrate. Nick made wine in Khakheti in Georgia for several years, has toured extensively through France, New Zealand and Californian wine regions and is a regular judge at many regional and national wine shows including in Sydney and Queensland. The 2017 vintage in Orange was unusually warm and dry, giving this wine a strong backbone of ripe fruit characters.The wine is a bright dense cherry red with a tinge of brick red.The bouquet exhibits lifted spicy ripe fruit and light earthy plummy Shiraz aromas, combined with soft vanillin oak characters. Full bodied, the length of the palate is filled with very youthful plummy spicy Shiraz flavours. These fruit characters are balanced by drying oak tannins which contribute both complexity and length to the wine. With a finish that is typical of cold climate Shiraz fruit crisp, clean and elegant.

This premium Rosé has been produced entirely from cool climate Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in two Canberra District vineyards. Vibrantly coloured, the wine has enticing aromas of cherry, mulberry and spice. The palate features a delicate balance of flavour, acidity, and fine tannin.
