This wine has an immediately inviting aroma of apricot and peach with an underlying melon character. The palate is ripe and fruity, with peach and apricot again being the dominant features.

Wynns Michael Shiraz is a 'best-of-vintage' Shiraz from Wynns vineyard sites in Coonawarra and is named after David Wynn's youngest son. Made in the years that best show Coonawarra's unique terroir, this latest release displays the qualities that have made the 'Michael' one of the most highly regarded of all Australian Shiraz with aromas of red currants, cherries and raspberry that mesh every so well with the olive and white spice characters. The palate follows with an elegant structure bursting with dark brooding spice and succulent ripe tannins.

Located in the picturesque North Island of New Zealand, Te Mata produces a Chardonnay that has ripe stonefruit and citrus characters along with a rich and textural mouthfeel. Fermented in seasoned oak barrels to produce a creamy, rich and elegant wine.

Katnook Estate Chardonnay has fragrant aromas of melon fruit and cashew nuts that are supported by ripe sweet peach flavours with buttery undertones.

The Riddoch Coonawarra Chardonnay is a fresh, crisp and dry chardonnay with a delicate melon and green apple fruit flavours with a soft creamy taste with balanced acids.

Light pale straw in colour with a persistent effervescent bead. Deliciously clean, aromatic nose with a touch of peach and a dash of attractive yeast complex. An elegant soft fruit palate in a drier style, and finishing with a clean acid finish. The wine has an excellent persistent mousse and velvety creaminess. This Sauvignon Blanc displays characters of fragrant lemon and lime, intense white peach and stone fruits with gentle hints of wild flowers. Fresh fleshy passionfruit, nectarine and citrus flavours are complemented by textured and subtle fruity acidity and a crisp dry finish.

This is a fresh and vibrant Chardonnay crafted with minimal oak influence to ensure the varietal characteristics refresh the palate. Stone fruit, grapefruit and honeydew melon create a luscious palate with silky mouthfeel which finishes with a refreshing twist of lemon.

Our familys passion for Riesling knows no bounds. We have two Riesling vineyards, each adding unique elements to the wine and expressing the place in which its grown. Vibrant, balanced and crisp. Tasting Notes: The aroma is intense, showing floral lime blossom, lemon sorbet and citrus freshness. The palate is well balanced, crisp and has a hint of fruit sweetness to finish. Winemaker’S Note: This Riesling is a blend of our two vineyards in Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. Wrattonbully being slightly warmer has floral notes, whereas Coonawarra has more acidity and citrus fruits. Vintage Note: 2021 was an overall standout vintage. Near perfect ripening condition and cool, mild weather kept the natural acidity of the whites fresh. Harvest decisions were precicely made and optimal balance of ripeness and acidity was achieved.
