Château Mouton-Rothschilds dry Bordeaux white is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, all planted within 4.5 hectares of vines. It is one of the few Bordeaux whites that is subject to malolactic fermentation. Ripe, intense, and elegant, stone fruit and citrus dominate the palate of this wine, with a line of racy acidity to add freshness.

Situated in Riquewihr the estate has over the years built an enviable reputation for the consistency and quality of its wines. The Hugel label wines are the companies negoce offerings, the Tradition range is often a blend of purchased and estate grown fruit and the Jubilee range comes solely from the estates own vineyards. The Vendange Tardive and Selection de Grains Nobles wines from the domaine are considered to be some of the finest in Alsace.

This terrific white from the south of France displays all the characters of Sauvignon Blanc. The Arrogant Frog has lLifted aromas of gooseberry and passionfruit flow onto the palate and the finish is crisp and clean.

Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux is sourced from the oldest sparkling wine producing region on the planet! In 1531, Benedictine monks from Saint-Hilaire were producing a still wine made from the Mauzac grape and stumbled upon bottles going through secondary fermentation. The appellation of Blanquette de Limoux was born! Still made in the same, traditional way today, Saint-Hilaire Brut displays aromatic flavours of peach, pear and green apple skins with a wonderful, full, creamy mouthfeel. Think non vintage Champagne for a fraction of the cost!

Located in the north of Poitierson clayey-limestone soils, Haut-Poitou Sauvignon blanc is a crisp and fresh wine. The nose presents floral and fruity notes very pronounced that are found in the mouth. Served between 8°C and 10°C, it will be appreciated alone as an aperitif or with fish in sauce and seafood. It will also be wonderful with fresh cheeses.
