The wine is crystal-clear with green highlights. The refined and elegant nose reveals pear and tropical fruit aromas together with hints of nutmeg and puff pastry. The clean and fresh attack leads into a generous, full-bodied and voluptuous mid-palate on notes of honey and acacia blossom, building to a long, lingering and very harmonious finish.

The wine tastes remarkably good: concentrated, aromatic, and complex. The speed with which the grapes became concentrated preserved magnificent vivaciousness. The wines are truly brilliant.

Today, Wolfberger is a major player in the Alsace wine landscape, in France and around the world. This golden pale Gewurztraminer shows a very expressive note with subtle notes of sweet spices (cinnamon, cardamon) and exotic fruits (mango, papaya and guava). Rich and powerful on the palate, this wine presents a great complexity: supple and ample and finishes on persistent aromatic flavours of spice and mango. Château Mouton-Rothschilds dry Bordeaux white is made from a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle, all planted within 4.5 hectares of vines. It is one of the few Bordeaux whites that is subject to malolactic fermentation. Ripe, intense, and elegant, stone fruit and citrus dominate the palate of this wine, with a line of racy acidity to add freshness.
