The fresh Tramontone breeze which blows in a south-easterly direction, carries dry cold air from the Atlantic Ocean across the vineyards and acts like an air conditioner in the Summer heat. Minimal-intervention and organic principles are employed in the vineyards and cool fermentation techniques promote varietal aromatics, suppleness and clarity of fruit. Jean Claude Mas has created a modern style that brings the latest in technology but also reflects the artisanal nature of viticulture and wine making. The brand motif harks back to childhood times when Jean Claude Mas took out his mothers moped into the vineyards and forest tracks around his home. Colour: Clear and brilliant, very pale yellow with green reflections. Nose: Elegant and mineral with aromas of lemon and peach. Mouth: Very fresh wine expressing beautiful finesse on the palate.

Deep purple in colour, this Merlot has an attractive nose of ripe red berries and cassis. The palate is soft and generous with plenty of sweet, juicy flavours. Great drinking and a great price!

Another terrific wine from Paul Mas. The nose shows lifted honeysuckle and white peach and the palate is juicy and well balanced with a long, smooth finish. Excellent example of the variety.

Dopff Pinot Gris Reserve from the famous Alsace region has crafted a supple and full bodied pinot gris deserving of the commendations from respected wine makers. Charming palate with soft, delicious flavours of banana, honey and camomile. Pale yellow with citrus notes on the nose. Long full finish.

Dopff Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg has quite phenomenal citrus notes with a luscious and toasty caramelised honey element. Beautifully balanced acidity and immense length. Sheer indulgence!

Château Martinolles Limoux is bright gold in colour. On the nose - complex with tropical fruit aromas, oak, brioche and toast. To taste, full-bodied rich and creamy notes. Elegant with a long toasty finish and best served with seafood, white meat in creamy sauce or as an aperitif.
