Four Pillars Spiced Negroni gin cuts through the Campari and vermouth in your Negroni. It uses the base Four Pillars botanicals along with extra Tasmanian pepper berry leaf and cinnamon. Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

An award winner, this tripled distilled in a copper pot and macerated for 3 days using 14 Australian native botanicals (plus one non-native). The navy strength is a citral driven Gin that has been tricked up with lemon-scented gum, ginger and pepper berry.

The Triolet blend, first produced at this vineyard in 1987, was inspired by the white wines of Graves, Bordeaux. Each variety is picked at optimum ripeness, and is usually fermented separately. The characteristics of optimum ripeness are different for each variety. We pick the Sauvignon blanc after the strong herbaceous flavours have disappeared, the Semillon when the acid is not too harsh, and the Muscadelle when the flavour intensity peaks.

Our heavy hitter farm crafted gin that is full flavour (Navy Strength) with a delicate touch of Southern Sassafras foraged from the Victorian bush. Made with fresh rain water collected off the farm, juniper, orange peel, cardamom, bay leaf, orris root, cassia bark, coriander, star anise, angelica and Australian native Southern Sassafras. Serving Notes: Beautiful just neat on ice or as Gibson Martini. Or we still love it as a G&T and we use only good Australian tonics such as Strange Love No8.

Made with fresh rhubarb picked from the farms veggie patch and we also raided a few neighbours rhubarb patches as well to make this gorgeous small batch farm crafted pink gin. It makes a refreshing pink blushed G&T with a delicate tang of Rhubarb. Serve with a splash of good tonic on ice with a fresh slice of ginger or apple.

Made each year in limited batches this seasonal gin liqueur is a refreshing drink to enjoy over summer. Best served with just a splash of soda and a slice of lemon on ice or if you like fancy it makes a wonderful French 75 cocktail.

This delightful Yarra Valley Light Red Blend is 50% Shiraz, 50% Pinot Noir, and is beautifully robust yet soft and generous. In the glass: Medium red purple. On the nose: Beautifully perfumed black cherry, blood plum, whole bunch spice and peppery lift. On the palate: Elegant yet powerful with a fine web of tannins underpinning the complex mixof silken red and black fruit. It features notes of clove and five spice with bright acidity.
