The Standout label is based on an engaging and memorable real family story that captures the spirit of the Brown Brothers entrepreneurial character. The Standout story celebrates one of those unforgettable light bulb moments. One day Ross Brown decided to sell his daughters pet horses Misty and Brownie. He grabbed a paintbrush and made some FOR SALE signs. He then hung the signs from the horses to make them stand out. He was rewarded with instant results and both sold on the spot to an amused passer-by. A master stroke, now a family legend.
