Here, the BedLam & OrdEr winemakers have given this classic style a refresh with the addition of Italian favourite, Nero d'Avola. It improves the blend with a tease of tannin, more dark fruits like plum and black cherry, plus a soft liquorice element. There's a hint of mint you might catch, a much-loved characteristic of Fleurieu Cabernet Shiraz blends. Fruit forward and made to drink now.

Macaw Creek Mount Lofty Ranges Organic Riesling displays a pale straw colour with green highlights throughout the wine. Floral aromas of Riesling grapes as well as fresh lemon, lime and citrus scents flow from the attractive bouquet, which is further balanced by a natural mineral acidity on the palate to end in a crisp and captivating finale. This enticing Organic Riesling tastes marvellous with oysters, grilled fruits and pan-fried whiting fish.

The Limestone Coast has a climate well suited for growing Chardonnay, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours to develop. A classic style, William Hardy Chardonnay is medium bodied with generous peach and stone fruit flavours, complemented by sweet vanilla oak to a long and soft finish.
