A beautiful textural Chardonnay displaying citrus, ripe stone fruit and tropical green melon notes with a swirl of complexity from wild fermentation, less contact and subtle oak influence. Minimal preservatives and vegan friendly.

Classic Borossa Chardonnay. Rich flavours of stonefruit and melon with lifted citrus aromas. Secondary ferment and maturation in French oak hogsheads adds subtle complexity and full mouthfeel.

Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. Our winemakers believe that truly great wines are made in the vineyard. They work closely with local grape growers to capture the individual essence of each site, to create excellent wines that express a sense of place. Our Shoulder to Shoulder wines celebrate the longstanding friendships of our winemakers and grape growers.

Bright Spring sunshine in appearance. Mediterranean in style, with hints of lime, pear, and crushed stones on the nose. Medium bodied, with punchy pink grapefruit zest, slightly salty, minerals with a snappy texture. Enjoy with an abundance of picnic food.

Opulent, flushed with pear juice flavour with sighs of orange blossom and citrus.

Made from single vineyard to bottle. Low yields cool climate grapes from Nangkita. Deep sandy soil and limestone beneath, rich in elements for natural aromas and flavours. The wine is dark plum with lifted complex oak aroma. The palate has full flavour with rich berry fruit, warm, rich and intense. Upfront and splendidly appealing, the wine shows blackberry, sweet cherry, rich floral and vanillin oak notes, followed by a beautifully weighted palate that's plump and juicy, finishing lingering and silky. Vermentino is quickly becoming the 'it' white wine of the past year and it's no wonder with authentic imports like this Verm from Rocca di Montemassi hitting our shelves. 100% hand-picked fruit from Tuscany that underwent soft pressing to enable to subtle, nuanced flavours of Vermentino to really shine. Aromas of white flowers, spice and hint of ripe fruit sit alongside a place of substantial freshness, citrus notes and an underlying character of almond.

Nose of honeyed flowers and a beguiling array of layered fruit. Caramelised pear tart and lime and cinnamon. It shows more commonalty with a Northern Rhône Valley white than its ancestral roots from the Mediterranean. Deeply golden in appearance with plenty of sediment in the bottle. Vermentino Many years ago when Jason Searle was helping out at Bass Phillip he came across Bill Downie. Bill and Jason realised that they shared some common ideals for wine. A friendship was then forged during viticulture studies , a passion for wine with definition of place and interest was often the bonding agent. After vintage in Italy Jason returned to keep working on a part-time basis in vineyards while Bill's star was on the rise making a name for himself as one of Australia's brightest young winemakers. Firstly at De Bortoli and then creating the William Downie wines, all this whilst spending the majority of the year in Burgundy. As Jason began to put some ideas in place to start making wine, Bill, now back in Australia, put forward the idea of making them together. Save Our Souls was born. The intention was to make affordable wine that was removed from the shadows of typical New World' wine making practices.
