Grown in the Langhe region of Piedmont, this Nebbiolo will age for the short to medium term however it is also made to drink beautifully when young. Coming from what most regard as the spiritual home of the Nebbiolo grape the wine shows the typical structure and freshness of this variety when grown with care and attention to detail. Dark garnet. Notes of ripe plums, leather, garrigue and pepper on the nose, with ripe black cherry and a touch of candied berry on the palate. Finishes with fruit sweetness and a liquorice note with soft gripping tannins to hold it all together.

This is produced with grapes from a single vineyard of over 50 years vine age; the ancient clone with the red stem. It is vinified without the use of wood, in full respect of the tradition. Purple-red color with delicate violet reflections. Intense floral and fruity fragrance with enveloping notes of cherries, blackberry jam and violets. Fresh, mineral and super juicy with a typical pleasant almond finish and sweet tannins in the mouth. A very drinkable yet structured Dolcetto, capable also of moderate ageing.

Both the Sangiovese and Merlot are sourced from our Frascas Lane Vineyard in Victorias cool climate King Valley.

Santa Margherita Chianti Classico hails from the historic Tuscan region of Chianti; the spiritual home of Sangiovese. This exciting Sangio has an intense ruby red colour with faintly garnet tones. The initial aromatic sensations are sweetish and vanilla-like, typical of wines matured in barriques. The clean, ethereal bouquet then highlights Sangioveses spicy notes. On the palate we again find very well integrated oak which soon gives way to hints of wild berry fruit preserve and to that nuance of spices we perceived on the nose.

Spicy cherry aromas and butter chocolate, this Sangiovesse displays savoury spice and dark cherry which flows on the palate, complemented with medium tannin finish.

A blend of two native grapes of Puglia, negroamaro and primitivo, and sourced from the Brindisi area. It delivers tasty value for money with its violet tinged bouquet and round and abundant flavours of sweet dark plum and dried cherry.

This wine is light in style, packed with juicy raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours, refreshing natural acidity and soft silky tannins.
