Poggio Anima 'Asmodeus' Nero d'Avola

Dark garnet. Notes of ripe plums, leather, garrigue and pepper on the nose, with ripe black cherry and a touch of candied berry on the palate. Finishes with fruit sweetness and a liquorice note with soft gripping tannins to hold it all together.

Cantina Tollo Montepulciano d’Abruzzo

Ruby red with violet edges. Aromas of red berry fruits, wild cherry and violets – it’s delicate and spicy. Palate is full bodied, well structured with soft and well balanced tannins.

Tenuta Santodeno Sangiovese

The winemaking for this complex wine from Romagna follows the traditional method with a long maceration on the skin, daily pump over and 2 delestages (racking). Part of the grapes are harvested late and the vinification takes place separately. The wine is then aged in big French oak casks. It's a complex and intense wine with a ruby red colour. Cherry and violet notes on the nose are enriched by plum, berries and licorice scents, thanks to the partial drying process at the vines. The palate is full, round, spicy and persistent with sweet tannins. Try this with typical regional recipes, such as handmade pasta with meat sauce, roasts, grills and aged cheeses.

Fontaleoni Chianti

Fontaleoni Chianti is a traditional blend of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Canaiolo from Tuscany in Italy. Fragrant red cherry and dried clove scents infused with rose petals are followed by some spice and earthy notes. Juicy red currant and red cherry fruits laced with dried clove characters have a vibrant tart like acidity and chalky tannin underpinning. Some earth and spicy characters linger on the back half. Concludes with lots of energy to the bright red fruited aftertaste.

Tempus Two Graphite Sangiovese

San Marzano Il Pumo Sangiovese

Maretti Chianti

A beautifully styled and expressed Chianti, with a complex bouquet showing cherry, baking spice and almond meal, rounded out with gamy nuances. Perfectly balanced on the palate, it has fine tannins and a long, dry finish. Perfect with pastas, grilled chicken and mild cheeses.

Redbank Victorian Sangiovese

De Bortoli Bella Riva Sangiovese

De Bortoli Bella Riva Sangiovese flaunts a beautiful red colour when poured into a glass. The wine's bouquet is absolutely stunning with vibrant aromas of red berries, plums, bitter chocolate and earth. The palate is rich and lush with delightful flavours of red fruits, enhanced by excellent texture and a remarkable length. Enjoy this fascinating wine from King Valley with baked pasta, grilled red meats, or Italian spaghetti sauce with meatballs.
