Winemaker Matt Head hasn't held back with this beauty. The ultimate of McLaren Vale shiraz: dark, bold and velvety. Juicy black fruits and a gamey savoury edge meet chilli infused chocolate notes. This has serious breadth on the palate while remaining fresh enough to warrant another glass. It's not often you find such finessed wines at this price, and like all good things, there's not all that much to go around.
