The 2024 vintage delivered beautifully ripe, small-berried fruit. In the glass, it’s deeply coloured with heady aromas of red plum, raspberry, rose petal, and spice. The palate is silky and seductive on entry, building to a surprisingly long, structured finish.

: Classic aromas of peaches and cream take centre stage, complemented by hints of roasted hazelnut and acacia. The palate is rich and layered, showcasing ripe fruit flavours, a touch of nougat, and a long, lingering finish.

Tasting Note: Deep garnet with crimson edges. Aromatically, blueberry, lavender, aniseed, and a flicker of black pepper. The palate is vivid and finely structured: lush fruit threaded with tannin and tension.

The Chardonnay grapes used to create Vintage Blanc de Blancs were picked, pressed and then fermented to retain intense fruit flavours. The resulting wine shows a bright straw colour with light green highlights and a beautiful bead. The fragrant bouquet is perfumed with lovely aromas of cream and peaches, with light suggestions of citrus and honeysuckle. The elegant palate is filled with peachy flavours and zesty lemon acidity, offering a silky mouthfeel and a clean finish. This lighter bodied Blanc de Blancs tastes excellent with sashimi, sushi, and foie gras terrine.

Fresh and fruity with brioche and yeast characters on the nose. The palate has a fine bead and flinty finish. Made from 100% chardonnay using traditional method with four years on lees.

Pale straw in colour. Aromas of apples and citrus along with a bready note. Refreshing acidity adds drive to a generous mid-palate with an everlasting long finish.

Single Bottle Timber Box Pine Box With Hinged Lid Wood Wool Included This wine is a non vintage blend of Shiraz that contains wine from every vintage of Shiraz since 1997. Each year in spring Bleasdale freshen the base blend by adding new vintage Shiraz, freshening the pre-Christmas bottling with new vintage wine, maintaining consistency. Bleasdale Sparkling Shiraz is richly flavoured with deep colour and displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.

Joan's Sparkling Méthode Champenoise Rosé celebrates Joan Anson's wine journey. We re-fermented sparkling wines made together in our Hawthorn garage in the 1990's, Barwon Ridge 2011 Chardonnay, 2021 Barwon Ridge Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and our first Pinot Meunier. All of the components were co-fermented and some additional Pinot Noir was added to produce a lovely pink hue. A never to be repeated tribute to Joan. Joan Anson (1950 - 2021).

Gimblett Gravels Syrah is a wine made using multiple parcels from the vineyard, the blending of these different parcels of grapes combine to create a wine that is truly distinct of its terrior and appealing palate. A satin like texture gives way to chewy vibrant berry fruit and mineral yet complex finish.
