Printhie Mountain Range Shiraz is a fragrant and spicy wine displaying a bright violet red colour. Complex aromas and flavours of blackberries, chocolate and cedary oak are abundant in the wine. Fusing with the earthy nuances and mid-palate richness are long and fine tannins, ultimately ending the drink in a lengthy finish. The grapes used to craft this elegant white wine were harvested at night, fermented in stainless steel, and then stored in bottles to retain the freshness and zesty fruit flavours in the wine. See Saw Sauvignon Blanc features a pale straw colour with light green hues along the edges. The attractive bouquet reveals sweet fragrances of grapefruit, melon and citrus. These fragrances intermix with underlying grass and herbaceous nuances on the palate, to culminate in a crisp and captivating finale. Affentals unique name derives from a pilgrimage chapel, which stood near the grapevines. In support of the pilgrims Ave Maria the valley was known as Ave Tal (Ave Valley) in the local vernacular, from which todays Affental (Valley of the monkeys) evolved. The origin of the Affental Wine Cooperative dates back to the year 1908. At the time, 24 winegrowers founded the Natural Winegrowing Association of Affental. From this, todays Affental Viticultural Cooperative was created over the years with approximately 240 hectares of vineyards. Will Gilbert’s Rosé is a blend of varietals, Sangiovese, Shiraz and Zinfandel. The wine is super light in colour, nice and dry whilst it still has loads of flavour!! Pink grapefruit citrus characters on the nose, with a palate packed full of pepperberry spice.
