Affentals unique name derives from a pilgrimage chapel, which stood near the grapevines. In support of the pilgrims Ave Maria the valley was known as Ave Tal (Ave Valley) in the local vernacular, from which todays Affental (Valley of the monkeys) evolved. The origin of the Affental Wine Cooperative dates back to the year 1908. At the time, 24 winegrowers founded the Natural Winegrowing Association of Affental. From this, todays Affental Viticultural Cooperative was created over the years with approximately 240 hectares of vineyards. On the nose it is clean and intense with raspberrymelon and grapefruit underlined with a floral note of rose andbroom. The palate is dry, elegant and fresh. It can besilky and even saline.

Pale but bright soft pink colour. The wine has lovely red fruit character, strawberries, cherry, pomegranate. However, it is as much about texture than flavour intensity. Wet stone, savoury tannin, textural richness, dry finish.

Rich flavours of guava and strawberry & cream, dominating the palate with bright acidity.

Alexandria Cuvée rosé is made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry. This bone-dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.

Grenache is Australia's signature grape variety and we're slightly obsessed with it. Our first Rose is sourced from an old, single vineyard in Berri. Beautifully pale, salmon pink with delicate arommas and lovely texture, it lives up to its name.

Logan's Apple Tree Flat wines pay homage to the people, places and experiences of the Logan winery on the label, but also within the bottle. Quality, varietal and terroir specific can be used to describe these wines and inparticular the Shiraz. In the glass the wine is a lovely crimson red colour which precedes a nose of fresh red berries and hint of earthen tones. In the mouth the wine truly sings with a mixture of berries, plums and spice.
