This lovely, light pink coloured wine was crafted using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fragrances of fresh and floral candied fruits flow off the aromatic nose, effortlessly fusing with the dry and refreshing palate full of Pinot Noir flavours. Climbing Merlot is a rich red coloured wine with purple hues. Fruit for this wine came from 600 metres above the sea level giving it intense flavours and great elegance. It has delectable aromas of rich red berries, plums and bell pepper along with some oak. The palate is medium bodied with soft tannins and light oak. The wine is ready to be consumed now and can also be cellared for up to 5 years. Drink it with rich meaty dishes!

The Ridge of Tears wines range is homage to Peter Logan's late ancestors. Ridge of Tears Mudgee Shiraz is a deep dark red coloured wine. The complex aroma of this dry red wine mixes florals, dark cherries, mulberries and plums, that further fuse with warm spices, liquorice and a little touch of fresh earth. The medium to full bodied palate displays plum, berry and spice flavours with a mineral core and grainy tannins. The palate presents a soft texture, before leading to a long finish. The wine tastes good with venison, grilled or roast beef, and strong hard cheeses especially Cheddar.

Mountain Range Sauvignon Blanc is a light straw coloured wine accompanied by a green haze. A whiff of the wine reveals classic Sauvignon Blanc aromas. The textured palate packs intense flavours of passionfruit, citrus, floral and cut grass. Balanced acidity integrates with these beautiful characters to culminate in a lengthy and refreshing finale. This lovely Sauv Blanc from Printhie Wines has been crafted to be enjoyed within a cellaring term of 2 years. Bright red ruby in colour. Savoury and Pepper nose with touches of Violet. Medium to full body on the palate with Blackberry and Blackcurrant flavours and lovely long mouth feel.

On the nose it is clean and intense with raspberrymelon and grapefruit underlined with a floral note of rose andbroom. The palate is dry, elegant and fresh. It can besilky and even saline.

The name of this wine, STUDIO by Miraval, was not chosen by chance. In 1977, jazz musician Jacques Loussier, the owner of the estate at the time, had a recording studio built there, and hosted international artists of the caliber of Pink Floyd, The Cure, Muse, AC/DC, Wham, Sting, The Cranberries, Rammstein, Chris Rea, and French artists such as Indochine, Telephone, and Bashung. Turning their back on the famous studios of London and elsewhere, they came for the quality of the sound but also for the inspiration procured by this place that the current owners firmly intend to preserve.

Pale but bright soft pink colour. The wine has lovely red fruit character, strawberries, cherry, pomegranate. However, it is as much about texture than flavour intensity. Wet stone, savoury tannin, textural richness, dry finish.

Alexandria Cuvée rosé is made from Pinot Noir, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. It has pale salmon colour exhibiting gentle aromas of rose, pear, peach and raspberry. This bone-dry rosé has grapefruit and light cherry flavours with hints of orange and crisp acidity making the wine vivid and refreshing.
