The grapes used to craft this elegant white wine were harvested at night, fermented in stainless steel, and then stored in bottles to retain the freshness and zesty fruit flavours in the wine. See Saw Sauvignon Blanc features a pale straw colour with light green hues along the edges. The attractive bouquet reveals sweet fragrances of grapefruit, melon and citrus.
