Climbing Merlot is a rich red coloured wine with purple hues. Fruit for this wine came from 600 metres above the sea level giving it intense flavours and great elegance. It has delectable aromas of rich red berries, plums and bell pepper along with some oak. The palate is medium bodied with soft tannins and light oak. The wine is ready to be consumed now and can also be cellared for up to 5 years. Drink it with rich meaty dishes!

The Ridge of Tears wines range is homage to Peter Logan's late ancestors. Ridge of Tears Mudgee Shiraz is a deep dark red coloured wine. The complex aroma of this dry red wine mixes florals, dark cherries, mulberries and plums, that further fuse with warm spices, liquorice and a little touch of fresh earth. The medium to full bodied palate displays plum, berry and spice flavours with a mineral core and grainy tannins. The palate presents a soft texture, before leading to a long finish. The wine tastes good with venison, grilled or roast beef, and strong hard cheeses especially Cheddar.

The Gardener is pale straw yellow with a slight green hue. The nose is vibrant. An elegant yet generous wine, it displays lifted nashi pear, nectarine and citrus with a spicy backbone. There is a lovely texture to the palate without taking away from the freshness and purity of the fruit.
