Dandelion Vineyards Fairytale of the Barossa Rose

The aromatics are true to type, initially delicate, even shy. Then as the glass warms a melange of spices including cardamom with hints of Lily of the Valley. The palate has drying raspberry entry followed by raspberries more fresh and zingy. All in all a long palate that really saturates your tastebuds with flavour. Please serve chilled. If you serve this wine at room temperature much of the magic of the Fairytale will be lost.

St Hugo GSM

St Hugo GSM is aromatic and bright, yet exudes the style and pedigree which are hallmarks of the St Hugo label. This Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend shows lifted fruit aromas of Turkish delight and briary complexity. The palate is plush, full and complex. Ripe fruit flavours are complemented by silky tannins and subtle oak.

Spinifex Esprit

Spinifex Esprit is a Grenache Mataro blend that has a vibrant, youthful and fresh palate driven by a tangy herb infused line of red fruit red currant, sour red plum, pomegranate and marjoram that gains warmth and depth turning to tobacco, game, cedar and darker fruit to close. Pulpy, fleshy fruit is drawn long with plum skin acids and stony tannins.

Iron Cloud Rock of Solitude Purple Patch GSM

There are only a few wineries nestled in the rolling hills of Geographe, but they are producing some lovely wine, as youll discover in this classic GSM. In the glass: Deep, dark red purple. On the nose: Inky dark berry fruit with notes of toasty oak and iodine. On the palate: A core of plum and mulberry tempered by fresh herb and stalk notes, hints of vanillin oak and juicy acidity.

Fruit for this wine has been sourced from 100 year old vines in the sub region of Greenock in the Barossa Valley, adding to the complexity and resulting in more fruit definition and purity. A true Bistro wine style with red fruits, peppers, Asian spice, crisp acidity and a long textured finish.

The Black Pig Reserve McLaren Vale GSM

There’s bundles of flavour in this classy Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvédre. A special blend that offers soft layers of fruit, and rich and velvety charm – The Black Pig delivers again!

Roche Bellemont Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence Rosé

Stretching along Italy’s Adriatic coast, the Abruzzo boasts pretty coastal coves and dramatic landscapes of soaring mountains, rolling verdant hills, deep valleys and ancient castles. It's a favourite spot for holidaying Italians, but is otherwise little known. Yet its extensive vineyards produce a range of deliciously accessible wines – creamy, plum-filled Montepulciano reds, citrusy Trebbianos and this fruity Pinot Grigio. This white addition to our Farinelli range provides excellent value, yet over the vintages it’s scored an amazing 93 points at the IWC competition and won four medals. Enjoy here a lovely balance of ripe peach and apple fruit with citrusy zip. It makes an ideal apéritif and goes well with lemon chicken and creamy pasta.

Sons Of Eden Kennedy Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

The Kennedy is a blend of old vine Barossa Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre. Its named in honour of the legendary Barossa vignerons who were instrumental in planting these old precious vineyards. Grenache from 50-year-old vines dominates the blend and all varieties are fermented separately at very warm temperatures for optimal extraction of colour, tannins and flavour. Kennedy is matured in seasoned French hogsheads and puncheons for up to 16 months.

Simon Tolley Rosé

Moulin de Pontfract Rosé

Provence is synonymous with film star glitterati, sunshine and delicate hued rosés many regard as the best in the world. Although the region has become one of the pricier tourist corners of France, wines like this help us all to enjoy the Côte d’Azur lifestyle from home! It comes from a 17th century estate, just outside the town of Correns, owned by the dapper Monsieur Paul. He has an ideal spot for his vines – an amphitheatre shaped plot, where the chalky stone soils are bathed in sunshine all summer long. Using equal parts of Grenache and Cinsault, gently pressed to extract only a delicate colour, this is a charming rosé – fresh and fruity with delightful, strawberry scented aromas. Enjoy on its own, with olive tapenade or fresh seafood.
