The first ever release of Sullivans Cove XO Double Cask Brandy is a marriage of ten different casks, each selected for their individual flavour profiles to create a uniquely Tasmanian spirit much more than the sum of its parts. Each brandy in this batch was aged for between nine and ten years in various French Oak ex-tawny and American oak ex-Bourbon casks, distilled from a wide variety of Tasmanian wines including chardonnay, pinot noir, gewurztraminer, sauvignon blanc, cabernet sauvignon and merlot to achieve incredible complexity. Lighter and more citrusy than Sullivans Cove XO Single Cask, Double Cask remains a beautifully full-bodied brandy with an intriguing balance of topical and savoury

Like Sullivans Cove Single Cask whiskies, XO Single Cask Brandy is bottled one cask at a time, allowing each to express its own unique character and producing only a very few bottles of rare quality. Poltergeist Gin is produced in small batches at the historic Shene Distillery in Pontville, Tasmania. Poltergeist Unfiltered retains the full flavour profile of all twelve botanicals, completely covering the front, middle and back of the pallet with a long lingering finish. It may ghost over ice due to the density of flavouring oils derived from the botanicals. The flavour profile is earthy and robust, and the balance of brawny botanicals like liquorice root, cardamom, orris root and Tasmanian pepper berries, with the more traditional citrus and nutty gin flavours, is unique. Drink it straight over ice, in a classic martini or a negroni.
