Pernod

First made in 1805 by Henri-Louis Pernod, it is an unsweetened aniseed flavoured liqueur that is often enjoyed after dinner as a digestive.

Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum

Black Barrel is a unique small-batch, hand-crafted rum created to commemorate the 310th year anniversary of Mount Gay. Like all their rums, double-pot and single column distillates are aged separately in whiskey barrels until they reach maturity. The Master Blender then mixes a higher proportion of double distillates to create this special blend. Aged again in deeply charred bourbon barrels (hence the name), adding a rich complexity and a warm, smooth finish.

Pot & Still Adelaide Hills Fig Gin

25 years chemical free, Estate grown Figs poached gently to extract the sweet fig aroma, essence, and earthiness. Pour over ice and enjoy or add some lime for a flavor explosion, a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity which stretches the profile, then add a little good tonic to create the perfect G&T.

Manser Block 4 Shiraz

This is the sixth release of this wine and it's richness is again on display. This is rich, ripe, Hills shiraz looking a lot like the 'Vales. Black and blue fruits dominate with a hint of eucalypt and a palate supported by 20% brand new Frenach oak. A very classy wine that demands decanting to enjoy now but will offer improvement over the next 10-20 years.

Inclination Cabernet Merlot (Case of 12)

The Inclination Cabernet Merlot is dark crimson in colour with purple hues. The nose has black currants, dark cherries, and plums with a mix of toasty oak. The palate is full-bodied but soft, with flavours of berry, black currant, and plums.
