La Forge Estate Pinot Noir is a deep bright and lovely light garnet-red colour. Very elegant with a quintessence of red berries, strawberry, cherry, and soft spices aromas with a hint of vanilla. Its a medium bodied wine, with ripe tannins and acidity which testify its capability to age. It develops very delicate aromas and a long lasting finish.

The winery, found in Montagny-les Beaune, lies in the centre of one of the world's most respected and historic winemaking regions. Belaire Brut Gold is a versatile wine, ideal for pairing with nearly any cuisine and achieves a perfect balance of fresh Chardonnay fruit, a hint of peach, pear and brioche, and a refreshing dry finish. For the dosage, we use organic sugarcane, bringing structure and length to the wine, and recreating a style popularized in the Années folles - France's 1920s artistic and cultural renaissance.

Made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Carignan grapes, harvested in the cool of the night to retain maximum freshness and aroma. Gently pressed to create the delicate pink colour and maintain fruit purity. Deep pink in colour with purple hues, the nose reveals intense aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries with notes of garrigue. The mouth is delicious and fresh. Pet Mout Chardonnay is a Petillant Naturel from France made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Following the "Methode Ancestrale" the wine is bottled before the primary fermentation is finished, delivering a lower pressure, lightly sparkling wine in the petillant style. The wine is then finished without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugar.It is a lovely wine with fine bubbles, aromas of citrus fruits as well as floral and mineral notes.Perfect as an aperitif or paired with poultry dishes, sea scallops or fish.

Opens with a burst of intense red fruits: raspberry, strawberry and redcurrant, supported by a touch of pepper. The palate confirms the nose finishing in a lovely dry fruitiness.
