Kylie Minogue Signature Rose

Estandon Pour La Vie Organic Rosé

This rosé is for love, for passion, for romance, for the bond between man and nature, for the land, for the clear blue sky and deep green sea, for the heart, for you, for us, for Provence, for Life......for pouring now. Pretty transparent salmon dress, bright and limpid. The nose is franc and pleasant, a mix of fresh red berries (raspberry, gariguette strawberry); then come citrus flavors (mandarin and pomelo). The mouth is charming with a wine that is clean, fresh and available, where we rediscover the fruity and delicious scents that had been perceived on the nose. With time, supple wine, with a good acid support which gives it lightness and good dynamics. The wine is simple, pleasant and well scented with a finish in which we find citrus fruits and tangy notes.

Roche Lacour Crémant de Limoux

We have offered this exemplary wine for over two decades and the multitude of awards over the years – and the 5-Star reviews – speak volumes. It is our bestselling sparkler by a mile. Roche Lacour winemaker Viviane Gianesini works her magic beneath the cool hills of Limoux. Here, the monks of Saint Hilaire are said to have mastered sparkling wine methods in 1531, centuries ahead of Dom Pérignon. Bottles back then were fragile and didn’t travel, so their success remained a secret. The cuvée is rich in Chardonnay and Pinot Noir – like Champagne – and nearly half the wine is oak fermented – just like Krug! It’s an expensive technique (so rarely practised) yet important for depth and complexity. Enjoy on its own or with deserving canapés.
